Studio Rules

Security

• All ages are allowed in the space

• There is a security camera inside the studio, but it does not record sound

Parking

There is free parking available on site as well as spaces for loading and unloading.

General Rules

• No smoking of any kind in the building or studio

• No firearms or weapons allowed

• No pets or animals

• No moving or removal of art or furnishings without permission (please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your needs)

• Property must be vacated at the end of the rental period

• Photo and motion equipment rentals available at a discount; inquire before booking to coordinate rentals

• No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls

• Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed

• Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file

Cleaning

We provide the following prior to each booking:

• Professional cleaning in between bookings.

Cancellations

Standard 30 day cancellations applied to bookings.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
